Following a week of FA Cup and EFL Cup fixtures, the Premier League returns to the forefront of people’s minds this weekend with a full round of games taking place in the EPL. Without doubt, the standout game of the weekend is taking place at Anfield on Sunday as Liverpool host Manchester City in a clash which sees the two most in form teams in the league meet. In this article I will be focusing on Saturday’s matches though and building you a 4-fold bet to take advantage of.
West Bromwich Albion v Brighton & Hove Albion
Struggling West Bromwich Albion host Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday in a game which both sides will be looking at as a very winnable fixture. Alan Pardew has failed to engineer a turnaround in the fortunes of WBA since he took over and this game looks like a real must win fixture for The Baggies. They have won just once all season at The Hawthorns and I don’t think they’ll be able to boost that number up to two on Saturday. I can see Brighton getting a draw out of this game, a point which really doesn’t help WBA.

Newcastle United v Swansea City
Rafael Benitez will be hoping to make it back to back victories in the Premier League when his Newcastle United side host bottom of the table Swansea City on Saturday afternoon. The Magpies have started to turn things around again after a rough run of form saw them drop into the relegation battle, but a win on Saturday could see them climb as high as 11th in the table. Swansea City have been very poor this season and look like a sure fire bet to go down and I can see them losing again at St. James’s Park in this one.

Crystal Palace v Burnley
This could be an interesting game between two sides whose form appears to have switched around of late; after starting the season terribly, Crystal Palace are now climbing the league with some impressive performances and results. Burnley, on the other hand, are starting to struggle after starting the season so well and Sean Dyche’s side are now without a win in six matches. I’m backing Palace to pick up another win in this game and continue their climb up the table.

Tottenham Hotspur v Everton
The evening game on Saturday sees Tottenham Hotspur host Everton at Wembley Stadium in a game Mauricio Pochettino will be desperate to win. Spurs draw against West Ham United in their last game saw them drop three points behind Liverpool in the race for a top four finish and with Liverpool having a tough game against Manchester City on Sunday, Pochettino will be hoping to make up some ground on The Reds. Sam Allardyce had a fantastic start to life as Everton manager but has now gone winless in his last four Premier League games. I’m backing Spurs to make that five on Saturday and I think they could win this game comfortably.
