League Two Midweek Acca To Win & BTTS
An extra round of League Two action is squeezed in during the week as there is a full fixture list being played on Tuesday, February 13th. It’s a quick turnaround in matches from the weekend and it means that defensive legs could be a bit weary. There are some games of high importance taking place in midweek as well at the top and the bottom of the table.
There is a great-looking clash between league leaders and the in-form Crawley at Kenilworth Road. Accrington and Wycombe are both heaping tremendous pressure on Luton at the moment as they are both running in blistering form and both will be out looking to pick up more points to close the gap on the Hatters even further. Down at the bottom, Barnet recorded a surprise win on the weekend and they go to Yeovil looking for more survival points which could leave their situation looking a little less dire.
As there hasn’t been much rest for anyone, therefore it is worth having a little look at a To Win & Both Teams To Score accumulator for the midweek action.
Wycombe v Swindon
How can this fixture fail to produce a goal for both sides? It would be a shocker if it did not happen. Wycombe have rattled off at least three goals in four of their last five league games and they will be hosting Swindon who has the best away record in League Two this season. There should be goals aplenty here but the Chairboys are just in such strong form at the moment, they are the ones to back on home soil.
Luton v Crawley
Luton’s home scoring record this season is pretty phenomenal with the Hatters averaging 2.8 goals per game at Kenilworth Road. They are on an eight-match scoring streak on home soil as well at the moment. Crawley are bang in form though having scored in each of their last eight league games and in each of their last five on the road. The Reds have netted at least two goals in four of their last five away from home. It is worth a flutter on the away win here.
Mansfield v Newport
The Stags have done ever so well to get themselves up into the play off places but they misfired on the weekend out at Swindon. So they will want to right that wrong as quickly as possible as they host Newport in midweek. Mansfield have been very good at home lately and they are value to take down the visitors who are struggling a bit, but both teams have scored in five of Newport’s last six games so this fits the bill for this To Win & BTTS Acca.
Lincoln v Cheltenham
Lincoln are unbeaten in five games and they have scored at least two goals in each of their last three home games in the division, however, their defence has been all over the place a bit lately aside from a 0-0 draw against Cambridge on the weekend. That will leave them a little vulnerable at the back and Cheltenham have scored in five of their last six league games so could at least get something on the board. Still, expect a home win, but a goal at both ends is likely.
