LA Clippers vs Denver Nuggets: Current situation
Apart from that OT loss in Game 1 which they let slip away, the Clippers have almost played a perfect postseason so far. They are clicking on both ends and have seemingly figured out Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets. Most importantly though, the health of Kawhi Leonard has not been this good in years and they appear to be headed towards a deep playoff run.
All the pressure is on Denver in Saturday’s game as they look to avoid going down 3-1. Only 13 times in NBA history teams have come back from 3-1 deficits, that’s something we are sure that this team does not want to test out. Not all is lost though ahead of Game 4, the Nuggets did post a 24-17 SU record in away games this season.
LA Clippers Stats & Form
Game 3 was all about Kawhi Leonard and James Harden as the dynamic duo led the Clippers to an easy 34 point win. Kawhi finished with a 21 point and 11 rebound double-double, while Harden added 20 and 9 assists. No starter played more than 35 minutes for the Clippers as the game was pretty much in the books in the 3rd quarter. LA also won the rebounding battle by 10 which isn’t something to overlook going into Game 4.
Denver Nuggets Stats & Form
Putting up a triple-double in the postseason when you lose a game isn’t something that’ll make a player happy, especially if he’s Nikola Jokic. The Joker looked helpless on Thursday as his teammates just couldn’t hang with the Clippers, they have to make adjustments in Game 4 otherwise this series could be headed towards a 3-1 lead for LA.
LA Clippers vs Denver Nuggets: Head-to-Head
Thursday’s game was the 7th time these two teams have met this year, if we include both the regular season and postseason. LA has had the upper hand winning 4 times, they are now 6-3 SU in the last 9 meetings if we include last season’s results. Interestingly enough, the under has been a very popular bet when it comes to games between these two at the Intuit Dome with that bet cashing 10 times in the last 12 such games.
LA Clippers – Denver Nuggets Odds
If you fancy the Clippers to go up 3-1 you can back them at 2/5 odds. Going for a Nuggets road win gets you a hefty 2/1 odds.
The point total has been set at 213.5 points, with odds of 10/11 supporting either the over or the under.

Betting tip and prediction: LA Clippers vs Denver Nuggets (26.04.2025)
The tide has completely shifted in this series and now all the momentum is on the Clippers side. They dominated Game 3 leading by as many as 34 points in a 117-83 victory, getting solid contributions across the board as 6 players scored in double-figures. Denver is back to the drawing board after suffering one of their biggest losses in postseason history, once again it showed that Nikola Jokic cannot do it all by himself. The 3-time MVP finished with 23 points, 13 rebounds and 13 assists, but apart from Jamal Murray he got very little help from his teammates. The bench scoring was an absolute disaster for Denver, with just 6 points and 2 field goals scored. That’s one of the things head coach Adelman will have to address ahead of a pivotal Game 4. Losing on Saturday would be almost catastrophic for the Nuggets who would be looking at elimination before the series moves back to Denver for Game 5. We are expecting a much better effort in Saturday’s game, especially from the role players Michael Porter Jr., Aaron Gordon and Russell Westbrook. Will that be enough? The Clippers have been a reliable home team winning 30 of 41 games this season, it would appear that they have this team figured out. There’s a reason the oddsmakers have LA as a 5.5 point favorite in this game, we recommend backing James Harden and co. to once again take care of business and go up 3-1. Back the Clippers.
