Indiana Pacers vs Cleveland Cavaliers: Current situation
After the win on Sunday, combined with a Bucks loss at Madison Square Garden, the Pacers have now leapfrogged Milwaukee and taken over the 5th seed in the Eastern Conference. Things are going well in 2025 for Indy, they just won their 6th straight game which sets a new season high for a win streak. Cleveland just had a 12-game win streak snapped by Indiana on Sunday, in a very uncharacteristic game where they scored just 93 points. The loss won’t have too much of a negative effect in the standings for Kenny Atkinson’s men, as the Cavs are 5.5 games ahead of the Celtics in 2nd position. Cleveland has lost back-to-back games only once so far this season, it’ll be interesting to see how they respond to that defeat in the re-match on Tuesday.
