December has been a up and down month for the Warriors who just can’t seem to get wins on a consistent basis. The Pacers did not make any significant trade so far this season, but they might just do that after a somewhat disappointing 13-15 start to the season. After finishing 6th in the East last year many people had picked Indiana to have a breakout year this season, but so far they have been one of the more underperforming teams in the league. There is still time to change things up though, Zach LaVine is one of the rumored players they could be interested in come trade deadline.

Golden State’s signature defense was once again on display in Saturday’s 113-103 win at Minnesota. Although he scored just 9 points, Dennis Schroder is slowly improving as a Warrior. Stephen Curry’s 31 points and 10 assists on 7 made threes was one of his better games this month. At this stage of his career, Curry’s main priority is to stay healthy come playoff time, so adding another point guard in Schroder to the mix is exactly what this Warriors team needs.
