Rovers have done well recently to collect seven points from their last three games to really ease their relegation issues. They aren’t quite clear of the woods yet but they are looking in good shape. However, Crawley have been in beast mode recently and they will show up at the New Lawn and pose a real threat to the unbeaten form of Rovers. This should be a pretty good duel between them.

Forest Green have been in some fantastic home form lately and they backed that up with a good point out on the road against Morecambe last weekend. So they are unbeaten in three games overall in the league and they will be looking for their fifth home win on the trot at the New Lawn on the weekend as they host Crawley. They have scored in each of their last five home games now with at least two in each of their last three on home soil. So they have some appeal to go out and collect a win in this one even though they are hovering just above the drop zone. It is well worth backing both teams to score in the game as Forest Green have conceded in each of their last seven league games now. They have conceded an average of 1.6 goals per game on home soil so this may well be an open game and over 2.5 goals looks pretty likely.
Crawley
The Reds have done plenty of winning recently and they are W5 L1 in their last six played. The defeat in that sequence of games happened in their last away fixture as they lost at leaders Luton. But they bounced back immediately to take a strong home win over Lincoln last weekend. Crawley have been scoring very well and are very consistent in front of goal with at least two goals scored in seven of their last nine league games now. They have only bagged themselves the one clean sheet in their last seven played so that will give Forest Green a chance to get at them and it backs up the likelihood of this being a high scoring game as well. Crawley are without a clean sheet in any of their last nine games away from home and each of their last seven away from Broadfield have produced at least three goals.
Forest Green vs Crawley Head to Head
There was a 1-1 draw between these two at Broadfield earlier in the season and that leaves Crawley unbeaten in three against Rovers (W2 D1). The 1-1 draw between them earlier in the season was the first clash since the 2010/11 Blue Sq Premier season. Overall Crawley are 7-4 ahead with four drawn matches between the two of them. Rovers have won three of their last four home games against the Reds, all 1-0 wins.
