Having made it through to the Champions League final in midweek, Real will look to continue their hunt for a domestic and European double.
They currently sit second in La Liga but are only behind Barcelona on goal difference, with a game in-hand.
Three consecutive victories have seen them score twelve goals and they have only lost once at home all season, to Barcelona last month.
Victory here is vital to their title chances but they could afford a draw, if Barcelona slip up or Real win their final two matches against Celta Vigo and Malaga.
Sevilla Recent Form
Sevilla need just a point from their final two games to secure a top four finish and play bottom of the table Osasuna on the last day. However, they will be looking for a surprise victory here to become the only team to have beaten real twice in the league this season.
They have suffered just one defeat in their last six games but their recent away form has been atrocious. Defeat at mid-table Malaga last time out has almost certainly ended their hopes of a top three finish, as well as stretching their win-less away run to five matches.

Sevilla won the most recent meeting between these sides, picking up a 2-1 victory in January to become the first of just three teams to defeat Real in the league this season.
Recent meetings have been relatively equal, with two wins apiece and two draws from the last six. Overall, Real have won 32 of the 49 meetings since December 1993, with Sevilla picking up 13 victories and only four matches finishing level.
