FA Cup 4-Fold

The biggest tie of the round in the FA Cup is, without doubt, the Merseyside derby at Anfield where Liverpool are hosting Everton. In this article I will be focusing on the weekend’s games though and building you a 4-fold bet to take advantage of. All of the odds in this article come courtesy of Coral and are accurate at the time of writing.

Middlesbrough vs Sunderland

Middlesbrough look pretty good odds here at 4/7 to beat a very poor Sunderland side who are rooted to the bottom of the Championship table. Tony Pulis has now taken over at Boro and whilst his main aim will be to qualify for the playoffs, he will still be looking to get one over on the club’s North East rivals. Middlesbrough have much more quality all over the pitch and Sunderland simply don’t score enough goals to win this one for me.

Middlesbrough to win – 4/7

Wolves vs Swansea City

The team at the top of the Championship table take on the team at the bottom of the Premier League table in what could be an exciting match on Saturday. Wolves have been excellent this season and are currently 12 points clear of the sides behind them. They also only lost out to Manchester City on penalties in the EFL Cup, so they have shown they have the quality to mix it with the best. I’m backing them to beat a poor Swansea side in this one and continue their fantastic season.

Wolves to win – 7/10

Aston Villa vs Peterborough

After a slow start to their campaign, Aston Villa have really improved in recent weeks and are now looking likely to secure at least a playoff place this season. John Terry has performed well at centre half after swapping Chelsea for Aston Villa this season and I’m backing The Villains to win this game too. They’re coming up against a pretty solid Peterborough side who are 8th in League One, but Villa should have too much for them in this one.

Aston Villa to win – 7/10

Fleetwood Town vs Leicester City

If Claude Puel decides to take the FA Cup seriously, then Leicester City could have a great chance of going deep into the competition. This side can beat anyone on their day and with Puel seemingly reinvigorating Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez, Leicester fans should be confident of their side doing well this season. I’m backing them to beat Fleetwood Town in this one and even if Puel makes changes to his team, they should still have enough quality on the field to overcome their opponents.

Leicester City to win – 4/7

Total 4-Fold – 7/1 (Coral)
